I was brought up in a family with a keen interest in health. This meant that even at a young age I had an awareness of the impact of diet and lifestyle on our body and health. This sparked an interest in pursuing natural paths to health when I started my own healing journey later in life. When I came across Ayurveda, the concept of “your health is your wealth”, therefore deeply resonated with me. I love the simplicity of the Ayurvedic approach and apply it to my life on a daily basis.

The familial traits extended to being active and ever since I can remember I had a keen interest in all things sport, which meant everything from being competitive at potato sack racing to swimming butterfly and a few things in between. To this day it forms a big part of my life. Doing sports invariably leads to injuries and this has exposed me to the wonderful world of massage and the relief it can provide to the body as well as helping to prevent future injury.

I have always loved to experiment, and have tried various avenues of healing with the most amazing healers along the way, some of which resonated deeply and led me to study different modalities. Ultimately I do not believe there is a single right way to heal. Everyone is different and each person has to find what resonates with them. I do believe that each of us has an innate ability to heal, and therefore I do not consider myself to be a healer, but rather a facilitator for other people to heal themselves.

To this end I offer a variety of approaches and I would love to work with you to decide which approach/es would be best suited to your needs.
